Registration Guidelines

Registration is mandatory for all delegates to participate in the ACCP 2025. We encourage each delegate to register using the online registration system.  When delegates are registered by the third party, it is mandatory to provide details of personal information during the registration process.

If you would like to request a letter of invitation to assist you in obtaining travel funds or leave permission from your institution prior to registration at the conference, please fill in the request form.

For group registration, please notify us using this form and send it to accpindonesia2025@ff.unair.ac.id. Payment can be collective, and proof of payment should mention all the participants’ names.

All foreign participants must have a valid passport (for at least 6 months) and/or an appropriate travel document before travelling to Indonesia. Some participants may also require a visa. You can apply for an official invitation letter for visa purposes during the online registration process. Please note that this letter is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support. The ACCP 2025 Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for registrations that need to be cancelled after a visa declination. Please note that the terms of cancellation are applicable in all circumstances, also if a visa is officially refused to the participant.

For the online registration process, please follow the instructions listed below.

  1. Visit our website https://accpindonesia2025.ff.unair.ac.id/ and navigate to “Registration > Registration Form” page.
  2. Fill the registration form and complete all obligatory fields (marked with red asterisks). It is important that you record your email and password in detail for logging in to your account later.
  3. Check your email’s Inbox or Spam folder to receive a registration email after submitting the form.
  4. Log in to your account via the "Login" page using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click “Forgot password” to receive a reset password email.
  5. Access “My Account” to see registration information, upload proof of payment, download a receipt, and submit your abstract(s).
