Poster Preparation
  1. Poster Format Recommendations
    • The poster should be printed at a size that fits the poster panel (portrait style). Please refer to the picture below for the maximum poster size (width max. 90 cm, height 100-150 cm).
    • The main content of the poster should be positioned in the upper section for optimal visibility. All posters must be prepared in English.
    • The organizing committee will not be held responsible for posters that cannot be displayed due to non-compliance with the specified size requirements.

  2. Poster Display and Session Timing
    • Posters must be mounted on the assigned poster board according to the assigned poster number and removed in accordance with the schedule provided below:

    • Tape for putting up posters will be provided at the poster service desk. The poster help desk will be open on July 25, 2025 (07.30-12.00; 18.00-19.30) and July 26, 2025 (07.30-09.00) to assist with setup.

  3. On the Day of Poster Presentation
    • Presenters are expected to be at their posters during the designated presentation period to engage with attendees and respond to questions. Please arrive at the poster hall at least 20 minutes prior to the start of your session.
    • Please wear the ribbon provided at your poster panel during the Poster Presentation Sessionto identify yourself easily.
    • Be prepared to briefly explain your work and answer questions from attendees and reviewers.
    • Each presenter will be allocated 3 minutes for discussion with a reviewer during the poster session. Please remain near your poster throughout your assigned time slot.
    • Please ensure your poster is removed promptly at the end of the display period. Posters that are not removed by the designated deadline will be taken down by the organizing committee, which will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.
