Notes:

  • Registration fee for conference includes conference kit, snacks, lunch, access to all conference programs, and exhibition.
  • Registration fee for pre-conference workshop includes workshop kit and snack/lunch.
  • Student (Undergraduate/Bachelor Program) should submit a valid proof of current student status during the registration process; student has access to all conference programs and exhibition.
  • Postgraduate students (Master/Doctor) are liable for the fee category of "Professional & Academician".
  • All meals provided are halal, and vegetarian meals can be provided during the conference.
  • On-site registration is unavailable for the pre-conference workshop or the conference; however, on-site payment will open for the gala dinner and accommodation.

Important Notes:

  1. Invoice will be available at your profile account after submitting the registration form.
  2. The beneficiary account owner (recipient) name for the bank account has to be written as Universitas Airlangga, otherwise bank transaction will be rejected. Also please mention ACCP Indonesia 2025  and the participant’s full name(s)  in the bank transaction document/description.
  3. It is mandatory to provide the full address of beneficiary (including country) and payment details for Telegraphic Transfer requests. Requests received with incomplete details will not be processed.
  4. Inter-bank transfer may charge a transaction fee, and it should be paid in addition to the total payment.
  5. Proof of payment should be submitted to your profile account. Payment receipt will be available from your profile account after the payment has been verified.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation must be advised by writing to the organizing committee. Registration cancellation received by June 24, 2025, will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of USD 100 or IDR 1,000,000. Refunds for cancellation received after June 24, 2025,  will be at the discretion of the organizing committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference.
