Visa Information
All foreign participants must have a valid passport and/or an appropriate travel document to enter Indonesia. Some participants may also require a visa. Visas are the responsibility of individual delegates and must be obtained before traveling to Indonesia.
All delegates are strongly encouraged to contact their local Indonesia Embassy or Consulate to verify the need of a visa to enter the country. Visitors from other countries must apply for visa at Indonesia Embassies or Consulates in their home country. In addition, visas cannot be replaced with any other immigration letters. The visa shall then be administered by the Visa Officer in the presence of the applicant concerned.
The Embassy or Consulate will provide you with an application form; it is strongly recommended that you submit this at least three months in advance to ensure you receive your visa in time for travel. In addition, tourist visa can be obtained from every Indonesian Embassy or Consulate.
